Broadway at the Beach is 350 acres of shopping oasis. With boutiques, restaurants, hotels, concert venues, and more, you can have entire vacation without ever really leaving this area.

The Carolina Opry

Enjoy a high-energy musical variety show that’s fun for the whole family. You will get a taste of nostalgia, and you will also find laser light shows, as well as Christmas specials, if you visit during the holiday season. There is something year round to keep you entertained.

Myrtle Beach SkyWheel

SkyWheel is a 187-foot tall Ferris wheel right along the beach. Each flight is three revolutions on the wheel, so it takes about 8 to 10 minutes. Tickets cost $13 for adults aged 12 and older, $9 for children ages 3-11, and children under age 2 are free. Discounts are available for seniors and military. Sometimes discounts and specials are available through your hotel.

Capt. Dick’s Boat Charter

Are you itching to fish? No matter what you’re looking for, whether it is sea bass or sharks, chartering a boat from Capt. Dick’s Marina can help you find it. You can get a sports fishing charter, or a near shore charter. If you would rather not fish, you can rent equipment such as paddle boats, kayaks, and jet skis.

Here you can race Nascar style with go-karts. There are seven tracks to choose from, all different from each other. When you are done, you can check out the arcade or the mini-golf course.

Dolphin Cruise

A number of places, such as Capt. Dick’s Boat Charter and Myrtle Beach Water Sports offer dolphin cruises. You can set out for up two hours on a boat and hope to catch a dolphin or two. On the off chance that you do not see one, Myrtle Beach gives you a free voucher for another cruise.
